Ordering

01. When can I expect my order?
Our distribution center is open Monday through Friday. We promise to ship your order one business day after the business day it is placed on our website. Depending on your location***, standard shipping is no more than 5 days. Overall, you will have your product in 7 business days, Max! (***Customers outside the USA will have different standard shipping timing, as it varies by location.)

01. Is expedited shipping available?
Yes! Expedited shipping is available at Checkout.
02. Is International shipping available?
Yes! International shipping is available, subject to international shipping rates. All orders are processed in USD.
03. How can I track my package?
We will send you an email as soon as your package ships which will include the carrier and a tracking number. From there, it is as simple as going to that carrier’s website and entering the tracking number.
04. How do I return an item?

Inside your user account, find the Order, which includes the product(s) you want to return. Click on Request Return and fill out the form. The Hair Edit Customer Service will facilitate the return. Depending on the reason for return, shipping charges may be waived. Upon receipt of return and confirmation the product is in resalable condition, your credit card will be refunded. Most returns will be processed within four weeks.

New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item. Items must be in new or unused condition for a full refund. Include all original materials in the return. If the return is due to a defective product or the result of a shipping error, The Hair Edit will correct the order at no additional cost.
