For up dos:

  1. Twist your hair into a low bun or french twist style
  2. Place the tortoise hoop horizontally over the bun or twist
  3. Put pin in hole
  4. Weave under your hair bun
  5. Push pin upwards so it then lies on top of the opposite side of the hoop

For half-up dos:

  1. Take half of your hair and twist twice
  2. Place the tortoise hoop horizontally over the twist
  3. Put pin in hole
  4. Weave under your hair twist
  5. Push pin upwards so it comes through the and lies on top of the opposite side of the hoop

If needed, use dry shampoo or texture spray for added grip.
